Our Featured Wine

Pink Moscat0

The wine is made from the Muscat grape whose colors range from white (such as Muscat Ottonel), to yellow (Moscato Giallo), to pink (Moscato rosa del Trentino) to near black (Muscat Hamburg). Muscat grapes and wines almost always have a pronounced sweet floral aroma.

Finding the Perfect Pairing
It might sound counterintuitive, but when when pairing Moscato opposites attract. Too often Moscato is reduced to a dessert wine and offered up alongside highly sweet puddings. You’ll taste the difference when serving this wine alongside spicy, salty, bitter and even sour foods. The bolder the flavou, the better the pairing.

Likewise, the sharpness of mature cheeses and the bitterness of pickles can be rounded superbly by the wine.
